• Proven experience in handling and delivering large scale projects

• Lead and coordinate architectural design and project execution

• Manage project documentation, drawings, and consultant coordination

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project timelines

• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities throughout project stages

• Proficient in relevant architectural software

• Familiarity with Revit or an interest in developing BIM skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit or an interest in developing BIM skills 

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings & detailing

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project timelines
